Explanation of cancellation
Right of cancellation:
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the date on which you, or a representative of you or a third party, who is not the carrier, have taken the goods in possession.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us, either mail or letter, to:

by means of a clear statement to revoke your decision on this contract. You may use the model-revocation form, which is not required legally. If you choose this possibility we will send you a confirmation mail immediately about the receipt of the revocation declaration.
You can exercise the right of withdrawal directly on our website. For this you go to you personal account and call the order history and then select the order you wish to cancel. On this particular order page you find a link where you can cancel the order stating the reasons. We will send you a receipt of your revocation immediately by mail confirming the receipt of the revocation.
In order to observe the revocation period it is sufficient, that you send your declaration concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline.
Effects of revocation
If you decide to revoke this contract, we have pay back all payments, that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs that arise from the fact that you have chosen a different method of delivery than that cheapest standard offered by us) immediately and not later than fourteen days from the date, on which the notification about your cancellation of this contract is received by us.
The costs of the return parcel is covered by the Arcanum Fashion OHG.
For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case you will be charged fees for such repayment
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods backor until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You have to return the goods promptly and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract, to

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days
The costs of the return parcel is covered by the Arcanum Fashion OHG.
You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods, if this value loss is due to an unnecessary handling of the goods to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of them.
