Delivery, shipment and return policies

Delivery and shipment policy:

Delivery 2-4 days. We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and packages are sent out on the same business day if the order is made before 12° clock local time Germany.

We work with the two delivery services, DHL and DPD and we choose the one, that is more convenient for you.

For Germany and EU countries we charge a shipping fee of €4,90
For Non EU countries we charge a shipping fee of €9,90

We ship to all countries in the EU exept: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Malta.
We ship to the following countries outside the EU: USA, Canada, Norway and Switzerland.

We will send you a link to track your packages regardless of the shipping method you have chosen.

There are no additional fees like handling and packing costs.

We recommend you to group your items in one order. We can not combine two different orders.

Boxes are amply sized and your items will be sent well-protected.

To fill empty spaces for environmental reasons we use brown recycled paper, which is produced environmentally friendly and can be easily disposed as well.

In the EU we ship to all countries except: Hungary, Romania , Ukraine and Bosnia and Herzegovina

We ship to the following European countries in Europe outside the EU: Switzerland , Norway and Turkey

In North America we ship to USA and Canada

Return policy:

Arcanum Fashion OHG does not cover any return costs.
