§ 1 Scope, customer information

The following terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Acanum Fashion OHG and consumers who buy goods from our shop. The contract language is German.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

(1) The offers on the Internet represent a binding offer to you to purchase goods.

(2) You can add one or more products in the cart. During the ordering process you enter your dates and requirements concerning payment method, delivery method etc.. Only after clicking the order button, you accept this offer to conclude a purchase contract.

§ 3 Customer information and storage of your order data

Your order with details of the contract (eg, type of product, price, etc.) is stored by us. We will send to you the terms and conditions, you can always recall the terms and conditions even after the termination of the contract at any time on our website.

As a registered customer you can always access your past orders on the customer login area (my account).

§ 4 Customer information: Correction Notice

You can correct your input before submitting the order at any time by using the Delete key. We will inform you on the way through the process of further corrections. You can stop the ordering process completely at any time by closing the browser window.

§ 5 Legal warranty rights

Legal warranty rights exist for our products.

§ 6 Limitation of Liability

We exclude liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty, provided these are not contractual obligations, damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, guarantees or claims under the Product Liability Act. The same applies for slightly negligent breaches of duty of any of our agents and our legal representatives. The contractual obligation in particular is the obligation to hand over the goods to you and to give it into your property. We also have the obligation to provide you the goods free of material and legal defects.
